Brand Case Lab: Level’s (a Levi’s x Diesel collaboration) is a project from the young designer Marco Coppola from Napoli, Italy. Made using old, recycled denim parts, this collection's unique pieces are fully handmade.
The photo session aimed to capture the essential dynamism of the street, and the timelessness of the denim in shots, utilizing a technique combining long exposure with a direct, sharp flash.
The colour palette is chosen to mimic the essential attributes of the legendary Fujifilm Superia X-tra 400 to transfer the recycled feeling by implementing its unique retro looks as well as the boldness coming from its contrast.
